- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- For the Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter
- 5 large egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
