  • 2 tbsp. unsaltèd buttèr
  • 2 tsp. all-purposè flour
CUPCAKÈ
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purposè flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powdèr
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmèg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup granulatèd sugar
  • 2 largè èggs
  • 3/4 cup (170g) buttèr, mèltèd 170g buttèr, mèltèd
  • 2 tsp. vanilla èxtract
  • 1/2 cup wholè milk
CRÈAM FROSTING
  • 3/4 cup hèavy crèam
  • 2 tbsp. powdèrèd sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sour crèam
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling
