Carrot Cake Cheesecake Recipe

- 2/3 cup granulatèd sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp all-purposè flour
- 2 largè èggs
- 1 tsp vanilla èxtract
- 1/2 cup sour crèam
Carrot Cakè
- 1 1/4 cups all-purposè flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powdèr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmèg
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup unswèètènèd applèsaucè
- 2/3 cup granulatèd sugar
- 1/3 cup packèd light-brown sugar
- 2 largè èggs
- 1 tsp vanilla èxtract
- 1 1/3 cups finèly gratèd carrots
Topping
- 2 oz crèam chèèsè , softènèd
- 1 Tbsp buttèr , softènèd
- 1 1/4 cups powdèrèd sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp sour crèam
- 1/2 tsp vanilla èxtract
- 1/2 cup choppèd pècans (optional)
Instructions
- Prèhèat ovèn to 350 dègrèès. Buttèr a 9-inch springform pan and sèt asidè.
