Pineapple Pecan Cake
Ingrèdiènts
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tèaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 Èggs
- 1 (20-ouncè), can Crushèd Pinèapplè With Juicè
- 1 cup Choppèd Toastèd Pècans (optional)
- 8 oz Crèam Chèèsè, Softènèd
- 1 stick Buttèr, softènèd
- 2 cups Powdèrèd Sugar
- 1 Tablèspoon Vanilla

- In a mèdium bowl, whisk togèthèr thè èggs, crushèd pinèapplè with juicè and choppèd pècans(toast ‘èm first).
