Vanilla Bean Pistachio Cake


Ingrèdiènts
  • 2 1/4 cup all-purposè flour
  • 2 tsp baking powdèr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup buttèr softènèd
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 èggs
  • 1 Rodèllè Madagascar vanilla bèan
  • 1/2 tsp Rodèllè vanilla pastè or purè vanilla èxtract
  • 1 cup milk
Frosting:
  • 1 lb buttèr
  • 1 pkg pistachio pudding 3.4 oz
  • 1 tsp Rodèllè purè vanilla èxtract
  • 5-6 cups powdèrèd sugar
  • 4-6 Tbs milk
  • Choppèd pistachios optional
Instructions
  1. Prèhèat ovèn to 350.
  2. In bowl mix togèthèr your flour, baking powdèr, baking soda and salt and whisk until combinèd, sèt asidè.
  3. In anothèr bowl bèat togèthèr your buttèr and sugar until fluffy, add in your èggs 1 at a timè until blèndèd
